Scott Petri Obituary-Death; Los Angeles Unified School District Teacher Scott Petri Dies By Suicide On 5 Freeway

 Scott Petri, 57, of Valencia, has been identified as the individual who died in a tragic incident late Friday night after jumping from a bridge onto the 5 Freeway.


 The confirmation came from Kelly Vail, a spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office,



 following an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the event.The incident occurred around 9:45 p.m., when motorists and bystanders reported seeing a man standing on the edge of the Weldon Canyon Road overpass, overlooking the northbound lanes of the 5 Freeway.
